PRIVACY POLICY


Graphics For Less does not sell, share, trade, exchange, or publish your personal information with anyone. We do not send you tons of worthless emails. We only send you emails to thank you for your business, to inform you about an order status, notify you about stock changes, or to answer your questions, concerns, and suggestions. Your personal information will only be used to fulfill, ship, and track your order and it will not be assessed by any other party.

ORDER PROCESSING


All orders are processed within minutes of receiving instant payment, although it may take up to 24 hours in case of Holidays or busiest days. All items listed are in stock and ready to ship. Once payment is received and has cleared one of our representatives will promptly send your product via e-mail. All products will be sent via digital delivery, which means that the customer will receive the product as an attachment in a zip or any other type of file the customer purchased. If you do not find what you are looking for contact us immediately, and we will MAKE your desired order. **Please note it can take up to 24 hours in the process of creating your desired product**


SHIPPING


We have a variety of products, which indicates that not all of them will qualified as digital delivery, therefore orders that do not qualify for digital delivery may take from one (1) to five (5) business day(s). In case of a made-to-order purchase it may take from one (1) to seven (7) business days.


PHYSICAL ORDERS


• Most orders are shipped within one (1) to five (5) business days after being processed (exclude weekends and holidays). Please note that the shipping time is extra to the processing time, for example, if an order takes 3 days to be processed, and 3 days to ship, that is a total of 6 days to obtain a tracking number. ***Please note that these numbers are only estimates***

• Delivery transit time may take from two (2) to ten (14) business days depending on destination, weekends, holidays, etc.

• Signature confirmation may be required in some of the orders.

• We reserve the right to choose the best appropriate shipping currier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL).

• Handling charge and shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost.

• Estimated arrival of the order is from two (2) to fourteen (14) business days from the day you place the order. Factors such as holidays, weekends, and form of payment will affect when the costumer will receive the order. ***Please note that these numbers are only estimates***

Please note that if you (the costumer) provide an invalid address that the currier will return the package to our facility stating “Undeliverable as Addressed”. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before making your order. If a package is undeliverable as addressed and it is sent back to us, the costumer is responsible for paying the shipping charge again to reship the package, or if the costumer does not want to pay to shipping charge, a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will apply and shipping charge will not be refunded.

Please note that some orders under $250 will have signature confirmation. All orders of $250 and more will have signature confirmation. If the carriers attempts to make the delivery of your order, and you are unavailable to sign for the receipt of the package, the package will be returned the our facility. In such event, you will be responsible for paying a shipping charge again to re-ship your order, or you may request a partial refund. The refund will work as follow:

• You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.
• You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
• If you choose to have your package re-ship, the buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping of the item again.


RETURNS (ELECTRONICS, TOYS, ELECTRICAL ITEMS)


• Our items are guaranteed for 3 DAYS from original date of delivery of the order.
• Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer’s warranty.
• We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 3 day warranty period.
• Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
• A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
• The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
• You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.
• No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
• IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process.
• To get an RA number log in you must contact us within the 3 day period.
• Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
• RA numbers are valid for 3 days.
• Buyers is responsible for all shipping charges.
• Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.

ON ALL RETURNS


Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to ship/return an item to our facility. If the buyer is sending an item for repair within the given time frame, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charge to ship the order back to us and is also responsible for including with the order a prepaid shipping label to ship the repaired item back to the costumer. If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all refunded orders and shipping charge is not refunded.


PAYMENT


• We accept:

O PayPal, USPS Money Order, Cashier’s Checks
O Cashier's Checks are accepted from United States Certified banks ONLY.
O All Credit Cards and eChecks are accepted through PayPal.
O WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

• Money Orders and Cashier's Checks may take up to two (2) weeks to clear.
PayPal is the most trusted and fastest payment method.

• Payments via Cashier's Checks and USPS Money Orders ask for instructions.

• Fraudulent checks and money orders will be prosecuted to the extent of law.
